International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once dispatched with Australia Post, Zekki does not take any responsibility for your parcels, if for some reason you haven't received your parcel within the recommended time (as given by Australia Post), please investigate with Australia Post.

 

R E T U R N S 

We hope you love your Zekki pieces. In the chance that you do not, we will happily offer a store credit for any full price items. We must receive these item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and tags attached. 

Email us at hello@zekki.com.au with order number and proof of purchase. 

Any shipping costs incurred for returning your item/s for store credit is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

We recommend using postage that is trackable, Zekki does not take any responsibility for lost parcels.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

We take pride in making sure you love your items and every one quality checked and personally packed.

If you have received on the off chance an item that is damaged or faulty please email us immediately at hello@zekki.com.au with photos of the fault and your order number for review. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with tags still attached. 

If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, we will process your refund or replacement. 

General wear and tear is not considered damaged and we reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund.
